Our approach
Imedi is a UK-based second generation private family office. Founded in 2008 in London, Imedi manages more than US$1bn of assets as well as the philanthropical activities of our shareholders.

Our principal asset class is a diversified endowment-type portfolio with a focus on venture capital, private equity and private credit.

Through our relationships with venture capital and private equity funds, we strive to support entrepreneurs, whom we consider to be the most important agents of positive change in our society and economy.

Originally from Georgia, our shareholders are actively involved in philanthropic projects in their home country. We contribute some of our profits toto our charity fund, the Gudavadze-Patarkatsishvili Foundation.
The founder
Our capital has its roots in the estate of the late Arkady Patarkatsishvili, one of Georgia’s most successful businessmen and philanthropists.
